About Us
My name is David Featherstone and I am the owner of TDF Training.
I have worked within the health and social care sector, the hospitality sector, the construction industry and also the mobile holiday sector. Due to this I have been on numerous training courses and some were amazing some didn’t hit the mark, therefore I wanted to change the industry, I wanted to start a company that every course was interesting, fun and engaging with a solid knowledge base as well as built on real world experience.
TDF Training was created to help businesses find not just the right course but also the right trainer. Trainers who can deliver an engaging, interactive course, within an environment whereby candidates feel they can express themselves freely and use their experiences to enable them to implement the skills and knowledge they have taken away.

It was also created to help trainers increase their CPD and to offer new skills to help them find more work and market themselves as an all round training provider, we honestly believe that if everyone works together you get much more positive outcomes than working against each other. TDF has worked alongside other training providers and utilised other training providers to ensure that the customer gets the best possible outcome for what they require. We ensure the course is tailored to your companies needs and we can even construct new courses using our skills to create courses that are person centric, business focused and outcomes based needs are met.
